Seeding with some 7000 kilometers of travel data and the rough locations of about 100 major cities worked for Turkey. By now we have a lot of people who map the bigger cities. Before the seeding, there were only three people who uploaded anything at all in that area. > I think it would be a good thing to load vmap0 data for any area where > there is currently no data at all. The idea that seeding roads that have no other data nearby (say, 100 kilometers or so) sounds really interesting, that way, we would at least have a rough skeleton of the road network.
