I was just thinking that the easiest way someone might get a custom map would be to screenshot the slippy map. The Mozilla Project began that way - Mozilla was a "technology provider", and people like Netscape used it to produce end-user stuff. Over time, we realised that this was sub-optimal; being the people doing the end-user stuff gives you the name and the influence. Perhaps OSM is going through the same process. Gerv (a.k.a.
