I've found my missing street. The many (all?) of the moved points are attached to it. Is there a way to move all the points in a way by several miles? It will be difficult to do manually. I wish Potlatch had a bookmark feature so I could teleport back and forth... The way is 6331826, Park Blvd.
For example, point 53032784 needs to be moved on top of 24596866 and the rest of way 6331826 needs the same change.
