Cheapest mail-order price in Germany is 200 EUR for the Cx (195 EUR for the HCx, strangely), including 19% VAT and excluding shipping. Shipping to the Phillippines would be approximately 45 EUR, minus 19% German VAT which you don't have to pay plus import duties and anything else the Phillipines slap onto it.
