Putting that data in a OSM-friendly format should be easy. Please have a look at the wiki page on the OSM API (http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/index.php/API) Or get JOSM, and have a look at the format of the saved files. Or just publish the WPs in GPX format and somebody here will take the work of converting and uploading the data. Oh, and be welcome!
