Assume you're DrMark from the wiki. So are people more in favour of using amenity=clinic to mean *just* what's described in http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polyclinic and nothing smaller? Specifically not a 1-man doctor's surgery or a 1-specialty dentists' practice.
