According to the map features one should tag speed-limits using 'maxspeed'. But what, if the maxspeed depends on the direction? If this is not yet possible, I would suggest two values separated by semicolons. The first one in the direction of the way, the other one in the reverse direction. eg: maxspeed: 70;50
