What exactly do you want to do? If you can be bothered to install Mysql, then you could use Osmosis to insert data into Mysql and access the Mysql database directly from Access. If you want to really store data in Access then depending on what uses you're after, you might want to look at osm2csv (in SVN) as an initial step but I'd avoid that if possible.
