Whoever controls the openstreetmap.org domain name, I would imagine. =)
I realize OSM is a fairly loose project, I'm just responding to what I
perceive as an opportunity to catalog available resources more
effectively to make it easier to get on board. I'll make an effort to
add such links where they seem to be omitted.
I guess for my next question, where do the builtup area polygons come
from?
