Expect to see the minutes or OSMF management meetings on the OSMF website very soon. You can then see what progress has been made on the licence drafting over the last year. The AGM did not discuss legal issues at the AGM because the AGM is not the forum for such discussions unless the membership specifically ask for it to be placed on the agenda. In any case, the minutes for an AGM are not available until they are approved, which is not until the 2009 AGM.
