According to the wiki redirects, barrier=gate is replacing highway=gate. According to tagwatch, the latter is 10 times more popular than the former.
Is the community OK with this ? If yes, why aren't we running a bot to perform the changes ? Can we agree that a barrier=gate node implies that no traffic is allowed through unless it's enabled with tags like access=yes and foot=yes ?
