I think I already built something that used PostgreSQL with Windows
and the Cygwin stuff. I do have one Windows host (even with Cygwin
installed) accessible at work. Maybe I can give it a try the other
day.
However, I don't really know how to distribute the binary. Should the
needed libs be shipped along with it? Or ask the users to install
enough Cygwin stuff until all library dependencies are fulfilled?
