*With* the accents, only, please (the non-accented forms will be derived as they are for names), but *with* all word variations (i.e. both près, and près de). Sorry "pres" was my mistake, and I corrected it moments after sending the message (I was really only intending it as an example, which inevitably I got wrong, not being a French speaker!)
