Here is a new proposal to help (great!) validators tools to help enlight problems in the OSM DB
It also give, in itself, some information on the quality of the internal osm data two validators are expecting to use it soon : http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Maplint and http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Yet_another_validation_tool_for_osm_data Vote is open at same time but you still can refute a part or all tags if you find problems http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Proposed_features/Internal_quality Thanks for voting, even if your vote is "blanc" ("white" in english ?)
