??? Look at the wiki definition of track: http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:highway%3Dtrack nowhere it is said it's a dual track and look the picture which is clearly a single track. And It was never said that a car can use a path otherwise where is the limit ? Sure, a 4WD can even cross straight away the forest without any path or track.
