You shouldn't use living street for some unnamed alleys unless they actually are living streets. Of course if you find an un-named living street you should tag it as such, but living streets are hybrid pedestrian/motorcar streets with specific rules depending on countries. The wiki suggests that this is called "Жилая зона (Zhilaya zona)" in Russian, you should probably only use living street for things that are classified as such.
