Does anyone know why Tim Proegler http://www.openstreetmap.org/user/timproegler/edits has made so many small edits under the name of KMLManager in such a short space of time (1 day as a member)? The recent changes page was at one point full of his changesets. Is this legitimate, or a mistake?
