I recently was looking at this proposal: http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Proposed_features/cycleroad and it seems quite reasonable to me. It is already "well-hung" (almost 1 year), so why don't we start voting? Who is in charge/able of opening the voting-process?
