http://home.att.net/~niceman/VidCap1.jpg I took that yesterday from a helmet cam 1280 X 720. Generally I cannot read street signs across the street. This one is partially blurred by motion. The actual results for a an OpenStreetView session would depend on the camera's field of view and speed of movement. In practice, if there were 4 videos with smaller fields of view, street signs would be more readable. OpenStreetView might prefer a larger field of view for a better feel for the location rather than being able to read small print street signs.
