I just removed the way and it's nodes, I'm pretty sure it did not serve any purpose, it was a duplicate of a riverbank's outline but tagged with addr:interpolation= and the nodes had addr:housenumber=. I don't know how you can work with objects so distant in a single changeset in potlatch, or how you'd move a node that far.
