You should upload your maps to Wikimedia Commons, from where they can be used in all languages of Wikipedia. Place the uploaded images (PNG or SVG) in the category http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:OpenStreetMap_maps In that category, you will already find over 500 map images.
