It's not an online petition.

Google have some guys called the Data Liberation Front. They ask you to use
a Google service called Google Moderator, with your Google Account, to vote
on how to improve Google products. That's exactly what we're doing. (With
Google. Did I make that clear?)

Online petitions are asking for change from without. This is asking for
change from within.
