I think I have just screwed up the Eng/Wales border relation around Presteign where I have tried to make part of it be tagged as a river as well as admin boundary - by splitting the boundary twice to add a tag: http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=52.2641&lon=-2.9896&zoom=14 I am not familiar with changesets/reverts etc. Could someone kindly have a look and see if they can help revert it please?
