"These edits look a bit odd and cover a large area, and they're being made rapidly. I don't have time to check this right now" "I know, I'll just ask the mailing list gnomes. I'll probably get 1-2 replies because someone must know this editor" Or so I thought yesterday. Ropino actually sent me a mail via osm.org yesterday at around 14:00 explaining the edits he was doing and promising to add more informative summaries. I'm really sorry about bothering this well-meaning fellow editor by suddenly getting a tsunami of t...@-related messages because I didn't have 10 minutes at the time to check some of his edits myself. I've sent him a message to that effect. Perhaps we could use something like user talk pages on Wikipedia so >1 user doesn't personally contact someone regarding the same issue. But that's another matter. _______________________________________________ talk mailing list [email protected] http://lists.openstreetmap.org/listinfo/talk
