+1, they might as well have numbers if they are many. Please consider that besides the buildings there is also lot of space to access them: those are streets (and can therefore be tagged as highway, probably in this case with highway=service). The garages themselves I would in most cases consider to be part of a residential zone (therefore landuse=residential is IMHO not wrong). On the other hand, a specific tag could be used to describe them - I'm not sure about this, as landuse in traditional mapping would be sth. more generalized/bigger, whilst in OSM it seems to get quite small and detailed/diversified.
