AFAIR for disambiguity of landuse=farm there was the proposal of the 2 new tags farmyard and farmland http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Proposed_features/farmland But according to OSMdoc there are still 60548 occurencies of farm and just 13267 of farmland, so the decision is up to you (as always).
