Yes, I get it sometimes. I guess the GPS receiver is trying to tell you that you are picking up the geostationary satellite that's transmitting corrections, and that IF you were picking up a GPS satellite that is theoretically available according to the downloaded ephemeris (but you're not actually picking up because of trees etc) then you'd be getting differential measurements off it. That's just a guess - it's a while since I looked at this last so my memory may be wrong.
