That's *exactly the same* problem though.

Who decides what is "encyclopedic" or "nonsense"? Not everyone will
agree - hence the existence of Deletionpedia.

Tags clearly need namespaces. It's the only way this is going to work,
keep everyone happy, and stand a chance of producing some kind of
consistent data.
