It gives a nice starting place, its not to say it can't be expanded and improved. But its better than starting with a clean sheet of paper than I thought I was. (And it will do most of what I need for the moment, I think.... But as always things can be improved, mainly through better and better data. In other-words its a good start and solves my problems for the time being.
