Even worse, how do you know if stuff you've entered to OSM which is based on your own *and* other OSM mappers (CC-by-SA) work doesn't count as a derivative work? Potentially, you would relicense stuff to the ODBL derived from existing CC-by-SA OSM data - which would be an illegal copyright infringement.
