Hello, I welcome all people interested proposal of very nice and usefull proposal, which would cover many case s when we need to represent hierarchies on the map of any kind (geographical areas, religional districts, administrative territories, zip codes, ...).
After many discussion I think that the Region proposal on http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Relations/Proposed/Region is ready to be Proposed. Therefore I send this Request For Comments.
