They can submit any RFE they think to the bug tracker, but that is vetted in much the same ways that I wish core tags were. Yes people should be able to use any tag they want, but it should be put into context, for niche things, but I still thing there should be some "body" (committee/working group etc) that vets/maintains a core set of tags that people should generally stick to so consistency is achievable. > be hosted on a wiki, so maybe I shouldn't presume too much).
