I belive the author of the kml pulls the data direct from thd API, i havent seen much of a delay. (1 day at max?) Anyone can contact the author on that website. He can also fix that yellow text (ccBYsa OpenStreetMap) to look a little more professional. What he has there is just temporary. (the walking papers Black-on-White rectangle copyright would look MUCH better)
(im currently traveling, so i cant do that myself atm.) A 25% transparency overlay might also be useful. (its a separate download) Turn ON the GE terrain layer, and adjust the pitch angle. (so to see more map area) F11 (on the keyboard) makes it full screen. & PrntScreen (paste in windows) can make a quick & dirty JPG of that your seeing. (great for overhead projector use) -the Cyclemap layer will show contours (but the rendering is 2 weeks old, unless Andy wants to push it a little) Thats all i got.
