Many general mapping requests coming in from the field and other responding agencies. I've created a section on the wiki to collect these requests, and focus efforts to fulfill them. Once completed, we notify the requester that OSM has updated data. Yes, basically an ad-hoc ticketing system, working with the tools we have at hand.
