I added a clickable version of the table to http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Talk:WikiProject_Haiti/Street_names (Talk: page because someone modified the table since I started working on it.) A click calls Nominatim for the street name in question and hopefully makes it easier to verify that we have it mapped correctly.
