Having a short descriptions and translation of OSM tags, is highly interesting. I've done this i two ways first is adding a translation section to pages like this: http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:shop%3Dalcohol or as I experimented with today, adding new pages for translations/shortdescriptons: http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Translation:tag:highway%3Dtraffic_lights http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Translation:key:sl_realtime Also an interesting things was trying to find related terms/synonyms for tags, which I did in the shop alcohol as well.
