Good to have that on the wiki. Is anyone currently working on the "informal guidance" version of those terms? It would be nice if there was a translatable version somewhere (like the /copyright page) so that users that don't understand English, French or Italian legalese would get the gist of what the terms mean. I made an attempt at one on my osm blog[1]. Something short like that which the LWG can agree on would be nice to have.
