Hi, All of these maps can actually be warped using http://warper.geothings.net/ The software will automatically create a JOSM wms layer link. I have no idea if these maps provide any more detail than what is currently available. But this is 1 option to explore. Unfortunately, im not yet proficient at warping, otherwise i would convert a few of these maps myself.
