I guess by now you have an idea of the kind of trouble you're signing up to by getting married ;-) If you * are geek enough to think that you can fiddle with a Mapnik stylesheet * have a bit of money to spare but * are not willing to go through the whole Mapnik setup yourself you could set up an Amazon cloud thingie (billed by the hour, thus affordable) and install the stuff from tiledrawer.com which gets you a ready-made tile server. Then play around with the style sheet until you like it (simply preview in web browser), and finally make a screenshot or even better, run an SVG export. This still requires hacking the XML but you get the PostGIS and Mapnik setup delivered right to your Amazon machine.
