Yes, but it takes time to implement. Captchas were implemented as a quick hack to keep spammers at bay. It was not a deliberate move to keep blind people away. Please bear with the wiki admins while they see if they can remove captchas completely, or put audio ones, or whatever solution works best for everyone.
