You might want to take a look at the "doroga tv" user on OSM. A while ago they started automatically uploading hundreds of traces. I don't know where they got the traces from but it was my impression that they were from some kind of automatic tracking system in vehicles. They ended up completely hosing the OSM GPX importer process and stopped the uploads but there are several hundred traces available:
