Hi Peter, The OSMF (i.e. the LWG) isn't likely to give you an answer in the timeframe you expect - they meet once a week and have a huge (growing?) amount of things to deal with. Even on a good day it might take 2-3 weeks for them to get you a response, and if it involves legal advice maybe even longer. I'm not trying to discourage you, just hoping that you realise these things can take a while, and hoping that you have the patience to wait!
