Thanks, that did the trick. The file has now uploaded as <http://www.openstreetmap.org/user/Ed%20Avis/traces/776516>. However, in the list of my GPX traces <http://www.openstreetmap.org/user/Ed%20Avis/traces> it still shows as 'PENDING'. Perhaps it's just slow to update?
