The road layer in American Samoa has several problems: Firstly the bulk
of it is misaligned; secondly some of it is replicated (ie some roads
occur twice and the second layer appears to be in the correct location);
and thirdly there are some nodes that are way out of place.
How do I go about bulk replacement of these roads? I read on the tiger
wiki "It is unlikely that the TIGER data will ever be reimported"
therefore I wondering how best to reload all the American Samoa road data.
Please point me in the right direction.
