Hello, at present there is a link above every OSM-Wiki page, which links to this page:
http://www.osmfoundation.org/wiki/License/We_Are_Changing_The_License But there is no prominent hint or link to the license voting page. Thus the links above the OSM-Wiki pages are quite useless.
