Those aren't inner areas though; they're all parts of the Southchase
neighborhood. Think of it like a city boundary multipolygon with
slightly ill-defined borders. (If there's a better way to tag a
mostly-residential neighborhood than landuse=residential name=*, I'm
unaware of it.)
