Hi list, I got a response from geodata.gov.gr, in a private email (thus I can't publish it here, but a summary).
There will be an announcement in the future, on osm mailing lists(if I interpreted the reply correctly). Also I am asked to be patient and not use the data in OSM, before there is an official announcement from them. This is the end of the summary. /Niklas --
