Yes, it is chugging along nicely at about 1 request per second ( http://api1.osm.absolight.net/haproxy?stats ) Just that there are about 200 simultaneous requests at any given time currently (might be different by the time you look at the stats), so even at 1 req/s (which is more than the main API can presumably handle for z12 map requests...) it will take about 3 minutes through the queue. But that is what happens if there are too many people trying to use the APIs for rendering...
