Another issue is that bots tend to change tags in the entire planet in
one huge changeset, which means that history feeds are polluted. It is
quite easy to reprogram the bot so it makes edits locally, i.e. in a
primary area subdivision. This would also enable local mappers to
verify and deal with changes -- possibly revert changesets -- in their
area.
