Hi! I can not understand what's happening with the availability of the site www.openstreetmap.org. A significant portion of requests processed by an unacceptably long time.
However, using a different IP everything works fine. As part of the request is processed normally, so network seems everything ok. Depending on browser is not observed and cookies, wget gives same results. tile.osm.org and wiki.osm.org forks fine. It seems something like blocking me on server side.
